Client Accountant – Shared Services

About the role

Accuro Group Services Ltd is expanding its shared services team and seeks a Client Accountant to deliver high‑quality accounting services to a portfolio of trusts and companies managed by its international offices. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional with strong technical accounting expertise and a passion for accurate, timely financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with onshore accountants and administrators to ensure quality and timely delivery of accounting services within agreed budgets and policies.
• Maintain and update accurate accounting records by posting transactions manually and via the client’s general ledger interface.
• Complete periodic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks, including management of suspense items.
• Set up, transfer, and close entities on Business Central General Accounting.
• Prepare financial statements using CaseWare.
• Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and delivered within agreed deadlines.
• Perform additional accounting tasks as required and embody Accuro’s culture and values.

Required profile

• Experience working with overseas jurisdictions and various structures; private‑equity exposure is a plus.
• Understanding of trust and company law principles and offshore accounting practices.
• Working towards a professional qualification (minimum ACCA Level 2) with at least three years’ experience in an offshore management company.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and cultural awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Business Central accounting software.
• Experience using CaseWare for financial statement preparation.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Excel).
