Client Due Diligence Administrator – Fund Services

About the role

The Client Due Diligence (CDD) Administrator supports JTC Institutional Services’ Cayman operations by conducting client screenings, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with AML and sanction regulations. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with the CDD team in Mauritius and cross‑functional groups to maintain high standards of integrity and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic and ad‑hoc screenings of prospective and existing clients.
• Review client structures, assess associated risks, and produce detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client portfolios, track outstanding actions, and follow up on reminders.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and stored correctly.
• Participate in local jurisdiction and group‑level projects, working closely with other teams.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or risk assessment.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Legal background with knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanction regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
