Client Onboarding Officer

About the role

The Client Onboarding Officer will ensure a smooth, professional onboarding experience for new clients. Working within the Client Onboarding team, you will coordinate due‑diligence, engagement agreements, entity set‑up and regulatory applications while liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through the onboarding journey from initial engagement to hand‑over.
• Review due‑diligence documentation and gather required information.
• Assist clients in completing forms, questionnaires and business plans.
• Prepare and coordinate Client Engagement Agreements.
• Set up client billing, entity creation and related onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Coordinate entity incorporation, registration and licensing applications.
• Support hand‑over to administration teams for seamless transition.
• Assist with off‑boarding and other lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Law, Management, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification relevant to corporate or financial services is a plus.
• Understanding of corporate structures, onboarding processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience in client onboarding, financial services or corporate services.
• Knowledge of due‑diligence procedures and entity set‑up.
