About the role
The Client Services Associate will support a portfolio of corporate clients by managing registered office and board services, ensuring high‑quality, proactive assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage registered office and board support services for client companies.
- Maintain client relationships and oversee transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and liaise with local authorities.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare and distribute board packs, and draft minutes.
- Provide ad‑hoc company secretarial support and handle internal administration processes.
- Prepare bank transfer instructions.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Law or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
