About the role
Join Otayo, Mauritius’s leading ticketing platform, as a Junior Commercial Executive. You’ll help expand our network of event organisers, venues and brand partners while learning the fundamentals of sales and negotiation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pitch event organisers, venues and brands to join the Otayo platform.
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients, moving beyond simple email outreach.
- Create commercial proposals and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve sales targets and earn performance‑based bonuses.
Required profile
- Confident communicator in English and French.
- Motivated by targets, competition and continuous learning.
- Studied Business, Marketing, Communication or similar, or possesses prior sales experience.
