Commercial & Sales Administration Coordinator

About the role

As a Commercial & Sales Administration Coordinator you will act as the hub between commercial operations, logistics, accounting and client relations, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end service for customers of Yuni Furniture & Lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices while supporting the sales team and following up with clients.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers, track pending orders and keep product data, pricing, references and photos up to date in the ERP system.
• Create and update client and supplier accounts (KYC), maintain organized filing systems and coordinate with accounting on receipts and invoices.
• Communicate delivery timelines to customers and work directly with the storekeeper and delivery team to ensure timely shipments.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Highly organised, proactive, detail‑oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
