Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent at Four Seasons Mauritius delivers personalized guest experiences by providing insightful local knowledge and seamless service. Working in a luxury resort setting, you will be the primary point of contact for guests seeking recommendations, reservations, and assistance throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with detailed information on island attractions, dining venues, nightlife, cultural events, and recreational activities.
• Arrange transportation services, car rentals, airline and train tickets, and coordinate local tours.
• Handle restaurant bookings, spa appointments, beauty services, babysitting, and special requests such as gift procurement or in‑room amenities.
• Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive concierge database containing contact details and recommendations for attractions, restaurants, galleries, and service providers.
• Collaborate closely with Front Desk and other hotel departments to ensure timely fulfillment of guest requests.
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures and support the Concierge Manager as needed.

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving capabilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using concierge and reservation software or databases.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
