Content Publisher – CMS & QA Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Publisher to manage website content using leading CMS platforms. The role combines content editing, quality assurance and close collaboration with project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Upload, edit and publish website content using AEM, Contentful or similar CMS tools.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to detect and resolve formatting or content issues before go‑live.
• Ensure published material meets project requirements, timelines and brand standards.
• Work with Project Managers to identify next steps and communicate risks, issues or delays.
• Collaborate with Content Editors and delivery teams to share best practices and improve processes.
• Continuously look for workflow optimisation and efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in website editing or content publishing.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AEM and/or Contentful CMS platforms.
• Good understanding of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting content issues.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices (nice to have).
• Experience with project‑management tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Asana.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
