Contract Management Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Contract Management Senior Analyst to join its Mauritius centre. The role involves overseeing client contracts and sub‑contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, applicable laws and client business requirements while delivering value to both Accenture and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide contract administration support for specific projects or accounts.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and client counterparts on day‑to‑day service delivery.
• Demonstrate and communicate the value of contract management to project and account teams.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies and innovative improvements.
• Mentor, supervise and coach junior contract management staff, participating in performance reviews and training development.
• Participate in risk and issue management, reporting commercial and contractual risks in compliance with standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage contracts and sub‑contracts in line with policies, laws and client requirements.
• Client‑facing experience with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Leadership qualities, capable of acting as a role model for contract management staff.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members.
