Conversion Rate Optimization Principal – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Principal to own the end‑to‑end experimentation loop across our websites and product surfaces. As a hands‑on individual contributor you will design, run and analyse every A/B test with statistical rigor, turning data into clear, revenue‑impacting recommendations. The role is fully remote and sits at the centre of our growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own the shared experimentation queue, prioritising test requests from Monetization, Marketing and Product based on expected impact and effort.
• Design each test with proper statistical parameters – sample size, duration, significance thresholds and guardrail metrics.
• Implement and maintain product and website tracking using Amplitude or a similar platform, managing the event‑tagging plan and auditing it regularly.
• Analyse test results and provide statistically grounded recommendations; decide whether to ship, kill or iterate.
• Execute experiments across landing pages, pricing pages, signup flows, checkout, payment pages and in‑app upgrade prompts.
• Report experiment velocity, win rate and cumulative impact on conversion rate and ARPU to the Director of Growth and leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on individual contributor with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proven experience designing, running and interpreting statistically rigorous A/B tests.
• Ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing and revenue teams.
• Comfortable owning the full test lifecycle from hypothesis to measurable revenue impact.

Required skills

• Amplitude (or similar analytics platform) for event tracking.
• A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.
• Experience with product and website tracking implementation.
