About the role
The Corporate Administrator will support the Corporate Services department in Ebene, Mauritius, ensuring that statutory, banking and governance processes run smoothly. Working under senior guidance, you will help maintain accurate records, manage bank relationships and facilitate board activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior staff and the Operations Unit‑Head in daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
- Monitor and complete day‑to‑day tasks promptly, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with the FSC, ROC and other authorities.
- Maintain statutory registers and organize director/shareholder meetings.
- Draft board papers, take minutes and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
- File executed agreements with correct indexing and follow up on pending items.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior team members.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm (advantageous).
- University degree from a recognised institution.
- Undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies.
- Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Organised, goal‑oriented team player who can work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
