Corporate Administrator

About the role

The Corporate Administrator will work under the guidance of seniors and the Operation Unit‑Head, supporting record‑keeping, bank account management and statutory compliance. This role ensures day‑to‑day administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of seniors and the Operation Unit‑Head.
• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Ensure timely completion of day‑to‑day tasks and monitor ongoing activities.
• Effect statutory filings with the FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies and maintain statutory registers.
• Convene directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and minutes.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Follow up on executed agreements and ensure proper indexing of files.
• Perform any ad‑hoc work assigned by seniors.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm (advantageous).
• University degree from a recognised institution.
• Undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
