About the role
We are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Law Practitioner to join our dynamic law firm. The role involves providing high‑quality legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, working closely with partners to support a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver effective legal solutions and advice to corporate clients.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and other transaction‑related documents.
- Prepare legal opinions on corporate and commercial issues.
- Participate in conference calls and client meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of legal notes, articles and publications.
Required profile
- Qualified as a barrister (preferred) with 2‑4 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Hands‑on experience handling transactional matters.
- Strong analytical abilities and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
