Corporate Services Manager

About the role

The Corporate Services Manager will lead the administration of client entities and special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for AAMIL (Mauritius) Ltd. This role combines entity incorporation, compliance monitoring, and team leadership within a dynamic financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process incorporation of client entities and SPVs.
• Conduct due‑diligence reviews, ensuring KYC and CDD documentation is complete.
• Monitor and report on compliance status of client entities.
• Maintain statutory registers in line with the Companies Act 2001.
• Organise and prepare Board and Annual General Meetings for client entities.
• Follow up on corporate actions and file required documents with regulators.
• Coordinate payments with relevant parties to meet agreed deadlines.
• Initiate liquidation processes when required.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and status updates.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance manuals, and operational procedures.
• Manage, coach, and support a team of Officers and Senior Officers in the Corporate department.
• Follow up with debtors in the client portfolio and handle ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Partly or fully qualified ICSA member, or a degree in Management, Law, or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
