Country Partner & CXO – Founding Leadership Role

About the role

This is a founding leadership opportunity to become the Country Head/Partner for QULDEX in a selected market. You will drive the go‑to‑market strategy, acquire clients, and oversee all operations as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the GTM strategy for your country, including lead generation, outreach, and deal closing.
• Manage client onboarding, relationship management, and financial planning, including pricing and discount approvals.
• Engage partners and channels within the local cybersecurity and audit ecosystem.
• Oversee full business and operational governance, including hiring and office setup as the venture grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, or SaaS advisory.
• Strong network within the audit, compliance, or regulated‑industry ecosystem in the target country.
• Experience communicating with CXO‑level stakeholders and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, or management is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, GDPR, or DPDP frameworks.
• Analytical, business development, and strategic planning capabilities.
