Creative Designer - Graphic, Motion & AI

About the role

We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and forward‑thinking Designer to join our Marketing team. The role blends strong graphic design expertise with a passion for emerging AI‑powered creative technologies, helping to elevate visual communication and improve creative efficiency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design impactful visual content for digital, print, retail, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging motion graphics, short‑form videos, animations, and other multimedia assets.
• Maintain consistency and high quality across all brand communications.
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Ecommerce teams on campaign execution.
• Explore and integrate AI‑powered tools to enhance workflows, productivity, and content generation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new design trends, technologies, and creative innovations.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with video editing and animation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout design, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail and marketing environment.
• Interest in AI‑assisted design tools and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
