About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a strategic, resourceful Account Management Specialist to nurture long‑term relationships with its enterprise merchants. You will be the first point of contact after integration, providing business insights and acting as a trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Grow a portfolio of existing merchants by identifying expansion opportunities and cross‑selling value‑add services.
• Deliver expertise, education, and guidance to help merchants craft a comprehensive global payments strategy.
• Analyse payment performance and recommend optimisations to improve flow.
• Track merchant project deliverables and maintain updates in Salesforce, Clari, and other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Support, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure an outstanding merchant experience.
• Make data‑driven decisions, diving into numbers to provide metric‑based insights.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, Sales or Customer Success.
• Experience in FinTech or Payments industry is preferred.
• Strategic problem‑solver with strong project‑management skills.
• Customer‑centric with robust relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and balance multiple opportunities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and influence stakeholders.
