About the role
The Custody Operations Officer will manage global and local custody operations, ensuring accurate settlement of security transactions for the bank’s clients. The role focuses on maintaining up‑to‑date records, minimizing risk, and delivering service quality that meets international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process client trade and corporate action instructions on the securities system and ensure settlement by due dates.
- Maintain timely recording of all transactions, reconcile client entitlements, and manage cash and securities reconciliation daily.
- Provide client support on custody‑related matters, proactively avoid settlement delays, and deliver error‑free custody reporting.
- Liaise with Global Markets for FX rate booking and with commercial operations for cash processing.
Required profile
- Diploma or B‑Commerce degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a securities services business.

- Operational efficiency and organisational skills.
- Stakeholder management and knowledge of financial markets.
