Customer Care Associate

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for EcoVadis customers, providing high‑quality support and acting as a trusted advisor across phone and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication via phone and email, delivering consistent, high‑quality support.
• Conduct online research to verify company registration details and update the supplier database.
• Respond to client queries, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and standards.
• Work with cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives, focusing on process optimisation and communication management.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HSC/Diploma with equivalent experience also considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active‑listening skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support, preferably with international exposure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce (plus).
