Customer Service Officer - Insurance

About the role

The Customer Service Officer – Insurance acts as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the insurance customer journey. You will support quotation preparation, policy issuance, onboarding, renewals, claims follow‑up and provide technical assistance to ensure a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compare insurance quotations, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML standards.
• Support policy processing, client onboarding and renewal activities across multiple communication channels.
• Assist with claims handling, including documentation, status updates and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and reports for sales, claims and customer interactions.
• Monitor payments, support reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Contribute to improving customer‑service processes and support sales campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher School Certificate; insurance or business studies are a plus.
• 3–5 years experience in an insurance environment, preferably with exposure to underwriting and claims.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Excellent organisational, planning and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with attention to detail.
