Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Otayo, Mauritius' leading event ticketing company, as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them through booking inquiries, changes, and post‑event follow‑ups while delivering a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp, guiding them from initial inquiry to post‑event follow‑up.
• Resolve booking changes, cancellations, and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Create quotes, confirm schedules, and ensure all booking details are accurate.
• Maintain the booking system by updating reservations, changes, and cancellations.
• Assist on‑site during events, supporting set‑up, crowd flow, and overall event execution.
• Organise documents and administrative details to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma required; a degree is an advantage.
• Outgoing, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Comfortable using computers; good Excel skills are a plus.
• Fluent in English and French with a friendly phone manner.
• Proactive, responsible, and passionate about delivering top‑notch service.
