About the role
Join Otayo, Mauritius' leading event ticketing company, as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and WhatsApp from booking inquiries to post‑event follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, bookings, changes, cancellations and complaints across multiple channels.
- Prepare quotes, confirm schedules and keep the booking system up‑to‑date.
- Provide on‑site support during events, assisting with set‑up and flow management.
- Organise documentation and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma; a degree is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French with a friendly phone manner.
- Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency; good Excel skills are a bonus.
