Customer Success Manager – German Market

About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Customer Success Manager focused on the German‑speaking market. You will act as a trusted partner for clients, helping them maximise the impact of language‑learning programmes in a global SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with German‑market clients, understanding their challenges and learning objectives.
• Guide new customers through onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth start.
• Monitor usage data, prepare business reviews and provide tailored recommendations.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Collect client feedback and work with internal teams to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Bilingual or native‑level German (written and spoken).
• Strong professional English for collaboration with international teams.
• Passion for client relationships and customer success.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong team spirit.
