Customer Support Executive (French & Amharic)

About the role

Exness is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Executive who can communicate fluently in French and Amharic. You will be the first point of contact for our global clients, handling inquiries via live‑chat, email and phone while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Process client requests and resolve issues through live chat, phone and email using the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to specialists via Salesforce or Jira.
• Update clients on request status and verify submitted documents on an hourly basis.
• Prepare and interpret reports and documentation with accuracy.
• Attend internal seminars to understand business functions and meet assessment targets.
• Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the customer support manager.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑service role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong client‑facing and troubleshooting abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to multitask.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system.
