Data Analyst

About the role

RAPP is seeking a Data Analyst to support its precision marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with consulting, creative, and technology teams to transform data into insights that personalize brand experiences for individual consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret data from primary and secondary sources.
• Analyze results of digital campaigns using statistical techniques.
• Identify patterns, trends, and causal impacts in large datasets.
• Develop and maintain data storage structures, data mining processes, and reporting dashboards.
• Provide technical expertise on data cleansing, modeling, and visualization.
• Answer ad‑hoc data queries and support teammates with analyses, predictions, and visualizations.
• Model and predict future performance of users or products.

Required profile

• Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• Experience in quantitative data analysis to solve business problems.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytical tools: R, SPSS, Weka, NumPy, MATLAB.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of data mining, data cleansing, and statistical/econometric techniques.
• Experience building visualizations and dashboards.
