Data Services Officer

About the role

The Data Services Officer ensures accurate and timely data entry, document management and client onboarding for a banking environment. You will work closely with the Client Services Team and Business Control Unit to maintain high‑quality client records and support AML compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete data input and document uploads during client onboarding and maintenance, adhering to SLA timelines.
• Verify receipt of required documents, update client information across Finacle Core Banking, CRM and GoldTier AML screening tools.
• Perform AML screening for clients and related parties, classify results, and upload KYC documentation.
• Generate and amend client account numbers, segment accounts, and ensure proper record‑management standards.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, conduct root‑cause analysis, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Handle internal and external queries, support auditor and regulator requests, and assist with cost‑monitoring activities.
