Dayforce Consultant – Payroll & Workforce Management

About the role

Silver Cloud is seeking an experienced Dayforce Payroll / Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to join its growing Dayforce practice. This client‑facing consulting position will support organisations through the design, configuration, and delivery of Dayforce Payroll and WFM solutions, working closely with both clients and internal teams on a variety of implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Dayforce Payroll and/or WFM implementations across discovery, design, configuration, testing, go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
• Gather and interpret client requirements and translate them into effective Dayforce configurations.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for the assigned module, providing guidance and recommendations throughout delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, solution‑design discussions and testing activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful resolution during project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, project managers and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, communication and delivery discipline.
• Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Required profile

• Hands‑on Dayforce configuration experience in Payroll and/or Workforce Management.
• Proven track record delivering implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of payroll and/or workforce‑management processes.
• Ability to address technical and functional challenges in a structured, practical way.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to see work through to completion.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Dayforce certification in the relevant module is highly desirable.
• Experience with Advanced Scheduling is an advantage.
