Delivery Driver Helper

About the role

As a Delivery Driver Helper at Augmentors, you will work on‑site in Quatre Bornes supporting the delivery driver to ensure goods are moved safely and efficiently. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop practical logistics skills in a growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading packages and pallets.
• Sort, organize, and prepare items for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area in the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Help with basic documentation related to deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
• Basic communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures.
• Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse work is an advantage but not mandatory.
