Digital Coach

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a Digital Coach to act as a Digital Solution Champion. You will guide customers in adopting digital technologies, educate them on new features, and ensure they get the most value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coach customers in the use of digital technologies.
• Assist with digital operations and manage digital change initiatives.
• Provide advice on new feature benefits and best practices.
• Develop training materials and lead virtual classroom sessions.
• Collect and deliver qualitative feedback to improve FAQs, tutorials, and online help resources.

Required profile

• Customer‑experience oriented with strong empathy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Passion for revenue growth and continuous learning through digital resources.
• Ability to lead projects in an agile environment and collaborate with technical, sales, and management teams.
• Energetic, adaptable, and eager to explore new digital solutions.
