Digital Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Graphic Designer to create engaging social‑media visuals for multiple brands. The role works closely with content creators, strategists, copywriters and art directors to turn ideas into compelling graphics for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Generate creative concepts that illustrate content ideas for social‑media platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas to monthly brand calendars.
• Design graphics, carousels, animations and other social‑media assets.
• Adapt designs for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life visually.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media trends and digital culture.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of digital design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑media design work.
• Good eye for layout, typography, trends and detail.
• Understanding of what makes users stop scrolling on social platforms.
• Creative, collaborative and open to feedback; able to work independently.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe After Effects (or other motion‑design tools)
• Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools (a plus)
