Digital Marketing & Communication Officer

About the role

ER Group Management Services is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communication Officer to develop and execute digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, promote products and services, and engage both employees and the public across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of the group’s digital marketing strategy, covering social media, email, websites and paid campaigns.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns, manage social media communities on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, and monitor audience interaction.
• Produce and publish brand‑aligned content, including copy, articles, tutorials, short‑form videos and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and designers to gather stories, create visual assets and keep corporate and subsidiary websites up‑to‑date.
• Analyse performance of social, email and paid initiatives, provide regular reports and recommend optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, communication or content creation, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project‑management abilities with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
