Digital Marketing & Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Sales Officer to boost our online presence, generate qualified leads, and support overall sales growth. The role combines social media content creation with active client follow‑up to turn enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, stories, captions and promotional material that align with brand identity.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, enquiries and conversions, and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
• Handle sales enquiries received via social media, email, WhatsApp, phone and other channels.
• Understand client needs, provide product information, quotations and relevant documents.
• Follow up on leads, address objections and guide prospects through the sales process until order confirmation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, quotations and sales progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm product availability, pricing, delivery and order status.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients and ensure post‑sale satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, customer service or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, engaging and professional content.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and results‑oriented mindset.
