Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage client social media accounts, coordinate content and campaigns, engage online communities, and support overall digital marketing performance. The role is hybrid or fully remote, allowing flexibility while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Handle online enquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.
• Write engaging copy for social media and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate content planning, shoots, and production with the creative team.
• Support planning and optimisation of paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitor and report on social media and campaign performance, using insights to recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple client accounts, timelines, and deliverables, acting as the primary client contact.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media and Community Management.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, content planning, and copywriting.
• Strong communication, client servicing, organisation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and contribute within a team.
