Discovery Tour Guide (M/W) – Full Day & Half-Day Excursions

About the role

As a Discovery Tour Guide you will lead guests on full‑day or half‑day excursions, showcasing the natural beauty and cultural richness of the region surrounding our resort. You will be the face of Club Med outside the hotel, interacting with restaurant managers, local guides and community partners while promoting our excursions and events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead groups on organized full‑day and half‑day tours, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Represent Club Med’s image to external partners such as restaurant managers, local guides and community members.
• Sell and promote excursions and cultural events offered by the resort.
• Highlight the region’s attractions, heritage and natural landscapes to guests.

Required profile

• Flexible and agile, able to adapt to changing schedules and guest needs.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong sales instinct and ability to promote services.
• Responsive and personable, delivering excellent guest experiences.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
