DMC Business Developer and Client Sales, Operation & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic DMC Business Developer and Client Sales, Operation & Marketing Executive to drive growth in both local and international markets. The role combines sales, product development, and marketing activities to expand our destination management services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the DMC in local and international markets.
• Build and maintain B2B relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporates, and MICE planners.
• Source, negotiate, and contract with suppliers such as hotels, transport companies, venues, restaurants, and activity providers.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and tender documents for groups, FITs, events, and incentives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and new products.
• Develop new DMC products including tours, packages, excursions, and MICE experiences.
• Set and achieve revenue, margin, and business growth targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events such as WTM, ITB, and IMEX.
• Negotiate rates, allotments, and commercial terms to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Work with the operations team to ensure sold programs are deliverable and costed correctly.
• Maintain pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and business development records in CRM.
• Prospect, qualify, and acquire new clients through calls, emails, meetings, and referrals.
