Enablement Lead – Drive Tribe Operational Excellence

About the role

The Enablement Lead acts as Scrum Master for the Tribe Lead and deputy, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across the tribe. You will drive enablement strategy, manage resources and vendors, and improve processes to support product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align enablement initiatives with organisational goals and product delivery targets.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the Tribe Lead, handling day‑to‑day operations and removing blockers.
• Oversee internal teams, external partners and contractors, optimizing resource allocation and budgeting.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, L&D and infrastructure partners (e.g., Cisco, Checkpoint) to ensure secure cloud solutions.
• Implement Lean practices, manage inter‑tribe dependencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide governance on Capex/Opex, run enablement meetings and deliver performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong vendor management experience, especially with Microsoft, network and firewall partners.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and high‑judgment decision‑making in escalations.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using analytics for improvement.
• Excellent communication, empathy and leadership skills to mentor diverse teams.
