About the role
The Enablement Lead acts as the Scrum Master for the Tribe Lead and their deputy, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across the product tribe. The role bridges product delivery, vendor management and process improvement to drive value for the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute an enablement strategy that aligns with organisational goals and supports product delivery, collaborating with data‑center and infrastructure partners such as Cisco and Checkpoint.
- Serve as trusted advisor and deputy to the Tribe Lead, removing blockers, optimising tribe‑level processes and overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
- Manage internal teams, external partners and contractors, negotiate licensing and partner agreements, and monitor resource allocation and budget to maximise value.
- Drive Lean and continuous‑improvement initiatives, streamline onboarding, recruitment and operational workflows in partnership with the People Team.
- Handle high‑judgement escalation decisions, working closely with Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and tribe members to resolve issues.
- Provide governance on Capex and Opex budgets, run enablement governance meetings and deliver performance insights through dashboards.
- Track enablement metrics such as resource utilisation, cycle times and delivery rates, reporting insights to leadership.
Required profile
- Strong vendor‑management experience, particularly with Microsoft, network and firewall partners.
- Proven problem‑solving ability and high‑judgement decision‑making in fast‑moving environments.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs to improve performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to build trust across cross‑functional teams.
