Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Executive Assistant Manager (F&B) will work closely with the General Manager to drive the strategic and operational direction of all Food & Beverage outlets. The role focuses on revenue growth, profitability, guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in shaping and executing the overall F&B strategy and operational objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day F&B operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage the annual F&B budget, monitor KPIs, control costs and implement corrective actions to protect profitability.
• Drive revenue through commercial initiatives, promotions and special events in partnership with the Executive Chef.
• Lead, coach and develop F&B managers and team members, handling recruitment, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels, rosters and ensure a disciplined, engaged workforce.
• Champion a guest‑centric culture, gather feedback, resolve complaints promptly and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health regulations and sustainability standards across all outlets.
