About the role
We are seeking an Executive Corporate Administrator to support our board and ensure compliance with local and international regulations. The role involves coordinating board meetings, managing statutory filings, and overseeing client operations in line with corporate governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organise board meetings, prepare comprehensive board packs and attend meetings to capture action points.
- Draft simple and complex minutes and resolutions, and maintain statutory registers.
- Handle statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies and conduct due‑diligence as required by Mauritian law.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls, local and international regulations, and respond to regulatory queries.
- Support client operations, including opening and monitoring accounts with banks, custodians and brokers, processing payment instructions, and maintaining accounting records.
- Liaise with authorities such as the FSC, MRA, ROC and other service providers to resolve queries.
- Perform any other cognate duties assigned by the reporting line.
Required profile
- Degree in Management, Business Management, International Business or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2‑3 years of experience in a similar corporate administration role within the global business sector.
- Strong knowledge of Mauritian corporate compliance and filing requirements.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
