Executive - Fund Accounting

About the role

As an Executive within the Fund Accounting team you will deliver accurate, timely accounting outputs for a diverse portfolio of investment funds, working closely with managers, clients and auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting for assigned fund portfolio, including bookkeeping, periodic and annual accounts, and tax data provision.
• Act as primary client contact, handling complex queries, ad‑hoc requests and escalating issues.
• Track deliverables, review junior work, verify financial‑statement accuracy and ensure compliance.
• Support audit and regulatory requirements by preparing statements, clearing queries and completing surveys.
• Maintain planning information, coordinate signatures and approvals, and perform additional accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification (degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/ACA Level 2).
• Hands‑on experience in fund administration or global business environment.
• Solid corporate accounting experience with strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
• Comfortable working with IFRS and preparing financial statements.

Required skills

• Experience with Microgen or similar fund accounting systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
