Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial operations, providing strategic insights to optimise business performance. This senior role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, tax laws and financial reporting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, cost control and risk‑management strategies.
• Prepare financial statements, management information system (MIS) reports and performance analyses.
• Manage internal and external audits and liaise with auditors and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate banking activities and related financial requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to optimise business performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• ACCA or MBA qualification.
• Relevant experience in finance operations, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance, tax legislation and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, financial planning and risk‑management capabilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Must be a Mauritian national.
