Financial Analyst

About the role

C-Care, a leading healthcare provider in Mauritius, is seeking a full‑time Financial Analyst to join its finance team on site. You will analyse financial data, prepare reports and support budgeting and forecasting across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate financial information from multiple facilities and produce regular financial reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and variances, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes.
• Assist with compliance‑related reporting and ensure adherence to internal standards.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA or CPA are an advantage.
• Experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis, preferably in healthcare or service‑oriented industries.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and financial modelling tools.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Familiarity with ERP or other financial systems.
