Financial Consolidation & Reporting Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results‑driven Financial Consolidation & Reporting Lead to join our Finance team at the corporate office. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Finance, the successful candidate will own the Group’s consolidation and financial reporting function, delivering accurate, timely, and high‑quality financial information to Management and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the multi‑currency consolidation process for monthly management, quarterly Board reporting and annual statutory financial statements.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards.
• Coordinate with finance teams across all business units to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial deliverables.
• Perform monthly reviews of income statements and balance sheets to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Monitor changes in IFRS standards, assess impact and ensure appropriate implementation.
• Act as primary contact for external auditors and oversee the annual audit process.
• Develop and maintain reporting processes and controls, including Oracle and USALI best practices.
• Provide technical accounting guidance, develop performance dashboards, KPIs and management reports.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
• Strong audit background and experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
