Fraud & Payments Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Fraud & Payments Executive to join Rank Interactive’s fraud prevention team. You will protect our digital gaming platforms by monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activity and supporting payment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review new and existing accounts for fraud alerts and tickets, escalating as needed.
• Defend chargebacks and highlight observations during the process.
• Conduct due‑diligence reviews for customer card or personal‑detail changes.
• Approve manual CHAPS and transfer payments.
• Manage duplicate accounts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Screen and approve withdrawals across all channels.
• Investigate missing‑payment queries and escalate non‑user‑error cases.
• Respond to payment‑related and KYC customer emails within SLA.
• Validate customers by gathering required KYC documentation.
• Whitelist devices, review linked accounts and handle Iovation alerts.
• Perform VIP account checks in line with policy.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and support multiple communication channels.
• Uphold responsible gambling policies and protect vulnerable users.
• Monitor transactions, report observations and stay updated on fraud trends.
• Manage financial evolution of accounts to mitigate risk and enhance value.
• Conduct outbound calls as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑service environment and/or fraud analysis.
• Relevant experience in an online operator, payments company or similar sector.
• Track record of meeting strict fraud‑prevention goals.
• Ability to work with operational departments.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Relevant qualifications are a distinct advantage.
