Freelance Business Analyst for IT Project

About the role
JMD Design seeks an experienced Business Analyst on a freelance basis to support an upcoming IT project, working 2 to 3 days per week (up to 25 hours per month).
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and system requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and discussions.
- Create clear and detailed user stories.
- Prepare functional documentation and process flows.
- Work closely with business and technical teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Help ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Required profile
- Experience working on and delivering IT projects.
- Strong business analysis and requirements‑gathering skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Previous experience with UAT and user story creation is an advantage.
