French‑Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

Flowz Staffing is looking for a motivated French‑bilingual Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Mauritius. The role supports an international client, handling inquiries in both French and English during U.S. business hours. You will join a distributed team focused on delivering high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Address French‑ and English‑speaking customers’ questions, requests and concerns.
• Identify needs, propose accurate solutions and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet targets for service quality, productivity and response times.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, BPO, hospitality, sales support or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a distributed team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office environment.
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.
