Front Desk Agent – Club Med Resorts

About the role

Join Club Med, the world leader in premium all‑inclusive vacations, as a Front Desk Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, including payments, guarantees, and invoice reviews.
• Assist guests with transportation, room changes, and personalized welcome based on loyalty status and nationality.
• Provide accurate information about the resort, its surroundings, and available services.
• Handle guest requests and complaints through verbal, digital, and written channels.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med standards, hygiene, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Fill in for the Night Receptionist as needed and support revenue‑generating activities.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trust with a diverse international clientele.
• Helpful, attentive, and capable of finding solutions for guest requests.
• Polyglot – fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• Adaptable, able to manage conflicts and varied situations with ease.
• Comfortable using digital tools for communication and operations.
