Front Desk Receptionist – Boutique Hotel

About the role

Join the front office team at Constance Sakoa Boutik, a boutique beachfront hotel in Mauritius. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome while ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Process reservations, cancellations, amendments and allocate rooms.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Answer telephone calls, respond to guest e‑mails and direct communications as needed.
• Process payments, maintain accurate guest records and handle keys/cards securely.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and other departments to fulfil guest requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum School Certificate (SC) or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of English and French.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism or Front Office is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a hotel or front‑office environment is an advantage.
