Front Office Manager

About the role

The Front Office Manager leads the front desk, concierge and guest service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. You will oversee all guest arrivals and departures, ensure service standards are met, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in line with Four Seasons policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate front office, concierge and guest service staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Oversee check‑in and check‑out processes, multi‑phone line handling, and guest inquiries.
• Develop and implement employee coaching, training, and career development plans.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and monitor labor and expense controls.
• Maintain accurate departmental records, rostering, and leave planning.
• Conduct daily briefings, monthly meetings and provide regular performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons’ work rules, code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards.
• Promote a clean, safe work environment and manage tools and equipment.
