Front Office Manager

About the role

Assist in managing daily Front Office operations and ensure the first impression of guests is exceptional at La Maison 20 Degres Sud. The role combines guest interaction, team supervision and coordination with other hotel departments to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the hotel’s image and maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.
• Answer inquiries from potential guests, both by phone and in person, and handle reservations and guest concerns.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to increase room nights, occupancy and revenue.
• Supervise daily shift processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Rostering of team members in line with in‑house regulations and training new staff.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
